Robotics
A balance bot is a two-wheeled robot that uses accelerometers and tight motor control to maintain its balance. We began this project using an Atmel microprocessor; control code is written in C and assembly.
One of our original projects was a GPS-guided autonomous bot built for a guidance competition. It is a four-wheel RC car platform, and we plan to add a camera and sonar for improved obstacle avoidance.
Android
We are developing applications to run on the Google Android mobile platform using Java and XML.
